Ndeto Mwose
Ndeto's practice areas include: Removal Defense, Criminal Defense, Immigration applications, BIA Appeals, Federal Mandamus, and Criminal Defense.
Ndeto is the product of parents from Kenya who taught him the important role immigrants play in American culture. His travels across the world shaped his outlook on immigration issues that affect many of his clients. These experiences, along with other daily interactions, inform his daily decisions on client matters. Above all, he believes in the need to build trust, work with compassion, and remain relentless in his dedication to pursuing justice for all immigrants.
Arleen coordinates with new clients to introduce them to our process. She assists with client scheduling, conducts confidential consultations, and supports the client’s relationship with Mwose Law Firm.

Lynn provides a layer of comprehensive quality control prior to attorney review as part of our process that results in the filing of applications/pleadings/submissions before various courts and federal agencies.
